One app to run daily operations at every location. With AI that checks the work.
Daily checklists, audits, maintenance, equipment, training and inventorysoon, in one place. PeakScale Intelligence checks the work against your standard. It sends every miss to a named person with a due date. It spots the problems that keep coming back. Each location gets one health score.
How the AI checks work.
Each check starts with something your team already does: a photo, a count or a sensor reading. Here is what goes in, what PeakScale Intelligence does with it, and who acts next.
Your reference photo is the standard.
You set up: one photo of the spot done right. The pastry case, the line in the kitchen, the end-cap, a made bed in a standard room.
Your team: takes a photo of the same spot when the check is due.
PeakScale Intelligence: compares the two and passes or fails the check on the spot.
Next: a fail goes to the person you named for that check, with a due date.
Checklists work with no signal. The photo is checked once the phone is back online.

Every repair, on the equipment's own record.
You set up: each piece of equipment, with its warranty end date. The walk-in, the display chiller, the ice machine, the AC in room 204.
Your team: logs each fault and repair as a work order, with what it cost.
PeakScale Intelligence: keeps the history for each piece of equipment. When the same one keeps failing after its warranty ends, it adds up the repairs so far.
Next: the manager gets the question. Repair it again, or replace it?
The sensor reports. The issue raises itself.
You set up: a temperature sensor on the chiller, freezer or walk-in, and the safe range, for example 41°F or below.
The sensor: reports the temperature all night. Nobody has to check it.
PeakScale Intelligence: raises an issue when a reading goes above the line.
Next: the issue goes to the team you chose, such as Facilities, Maintenance or the GM.
A count that doesn't add up, flagged.
Your team: counts stock at the bar, the walk-in, the stockroom or the minibar.
PeakScale Intelligence: compares the count with what should be there and flags a gap right away.
Next: the store manager hears about the gap before the loss grows.
This ships with the Inventory module.
Everything your operation runs on. Area by area.
Four areas, one app. Each area below shows the daily work it covers, and what you bring to set it up.
Standards & compliance
Opening and closing checklists, line checks, room inspections, planogram audits, food-safety and HACCP checks. Built once, run everywhere on schedule. Photo proof checked against your reference photo on the spot. When a check fails, the fix reaches the right person right then.
What you bring: your opening and closing checklists, audit forms and SOPs, plus one reference photo for each display, line or room you want photo-checked.
Equipment & maintenance
The walk-in, the display chiller, the ice machine, the AC in room 204, the freezer on aisle 6 - each one has its own record. It holds the service history, preventive maintenance schedule, warranty and contract. Sensors read temperature around the clock. When something keeps breaking down after its warranty ends, you see what you've spent on repairs so far, so you can decide - repair or replace - before it breaks down again. Every issue becomes a work order - assigned, tracked, closed.
Repairs and maintenance alone run about 3% of revenue - the biggest cost you can still control. 86 Repairs — industry R&M benchmark, 2026
What you bring: your equipment list for each location, warranty end dates, service contracts, and the maintenance schedule you follow today.
People
Short lessons on the floor - how to plate the special, how to set the end-cap, how to turn down a room. When someone keeps missing a standard, the app recommends the training for it. Shifts planned with enough people, with a warning before one runs short.soon Announcements that get seen.soon
What you bring: the training you already use, such as videos, PDFs or SOPs.
Inventory & supplysoon
Recipes and prep methods with photos and video, on the floor. Stock counts checked against what should be there - at the bar, the walk-in, the stockroom, the minibar - so a gap is flagged right away. Connect your POS or upload your sales, and the app checks what you used against what you sold. Waste and missing stock show up. The whole area ships with the Inventory module.
None of this is more paperwork. The app keeps a record of every check, sends each problem to the person who fixes it, and follows up until it’s done, so nobody on your team has to.
A day in your operation.
Your district managers and director of operations should check on every location, not spend their week chasing follow-ups. When PeakScale Ops does the follow-up, they coach their teams, and their teams look after your guests and customers.
Reports and location health.
What a district manager or director of operations opens on Monday morning.
Locations, ranked.
Every location gets one health score from its checklists, audits, maintenance jobs and training. The lowest is on top. Tap a score to see the checks, open issues and missed jobs behind it.
The weekly review, ready.
Each location’s score for the last five weeks, split into audits, checklists, maintenance and training. Open it in the Monday call. Nobody builds a deck.
Any view you need.
By location, region, week, audit or equipment. Compare one location with the rest, and see what changed since last week.
Follow-up without chasing.
Reminders go out on their own. A skipped check goes to the manager. A fix stays open until it’s closed.
Less time asking each location for updates. More time on the floor with the teams that need it.
Ask from ChatGPT, Claude or Grok.
Connect once. Then ask, and act, from the chat.
- 1
Connect. Connect PeakScale Ops to the assistant your managers already use.
- 2
Ask. In plain words. “What’s open at Riverside?” “Which stores haven’t finished today’s opening checklist?” “Which locations have an open issue on the walk-in?”
- 3
See. The answer comes back laid out like the app, as a list of locations, issues or checklists, not a wall of text.
- 4
Act. Raise an issue from the chat, such as “the ice machine at Oak Park, due Friday”, with an owner and a due date.
Every plan: ChatGPT, Claude and Grok. With the PeakScale Intelligence add-on: Slack, Telegram and Discord too.
Your POS, read-only.
PeakScale Ops is not a POS and never replaces one. It connects to Square, Shopify, Loyverse - or any POS that offers API access - and reads your sales. It reads nothing else and changes nothing. That makes two things smarter. Stock counts are checked against what you actually sold, so waste and missing stock show up. That part ships with the Inventory module. And when a bestseller runs out, you see what the empty shelf is costing you, because the sales are right there.
Your POS stays exactly as it is.
Setup, step by step.
Map your locations.
Your regions, districts and locations, and who manages which.
Bring what you already use.
Your opening and closing lists, audit forms, SOPs, reference photos and equipment list. Our onboarding team sets them up in the app with you.
Decide who gets what.
For each check: who does it, who gets a miss, and who hears if it’s skipped.
Start the next shift.
Store teams and GMs use it on the floor from day one. A new hire follows each check step by step, with the SOP one tap away.
Live in days, not quarters.
See the check your team would run.
